Madrid Sanz is aligned among the artists who claim a return to realism after the hangover of the avant-garde. In his evolution we can appreciate a meticulous and precious treatment of light and color, collecting the teaching of the impressionist masters, but filtering that legacy through an optic in which the hyperreal and the surreal intertwine giving as a fruit a very personal work. He practices a skillful work of glazes and subtle brushstrokes. Among his recent exhibitions we highlight those held in Eka & Moor gallery (Madrid, 2013); Expoalbaarte 2012 in Albalate de Zorita; Caja España (Palencia, 2011); Centro Cultural de León (2011); Hotel Barceló Aranjuez (2010); Centro Cultural Hispano Japonés, Salamanca, 2009; Hotel Barceló Aranjuez; Palacio de la Audiencia de Soria; Sargent gallery (Madrid, 07); Altea gallery (Madrid, 06), among others. He has participated in the international salons of Le Ripault (Monts), Bressuire, Vatan, Pallua, Florentais (France), among others. He has been awarded with the diploma of the Public Prize of the Bourbulle Art Salon.
